Who are we? Where are we going?

RADIANT is a collaboration between Josh Medling of Solarium Productions and Sara Clover of Elevated Being. It’s a visionary event balancing outdoor adventure lifestyles with the holistic wellness arts for a series of chill and challenging mini team activities.

As an advocate for many healing modalities, I am primarily a movement artist expressed through yoga & conscious dance facilitation called Elevated Dance, which I believe is crucial for health & vitality. Beyond somatic movement, I have been immersed in the healing arts world for over a decade and my philosophy and teachings integrate various healing practices in the pursuit of spiritual development for full embodiment and optimal well-being. My private practice, Elevated Feminine, weaves together the science of hormonal education and energetic awareness for women all over the world through 1:1 or group coaching and intentional retreat experiences.

For the past eight years, I’ve been hosting retreats and large gatherings, and one of the things I love most about them is the way they push us beyond our comfort zones—especially international retreats. When you step outside the bubble of familiarity, life changes. And when you shake up your routine and see the world from a new perspective, life really shifts.

After more than a decade in the spiritual development space, I’ve seen so many people get caught in the cycle of constantly trying to “heal” or feeling stuck on what’s next. There’s absolutely a time and place for deep inner work, reflection, and soul-searching—but there’s also a time to get outside, have fun, embrace adventure, and play!

I’m a firm believer in the power of spontaneity, thrill, and shaking things up! That’s why I’m beyond excited to co-create a one-of-a-kind weekend experience filled with workshops and demos that weave together wilderness survival, outdoor recreation, proper gear—plus mindfulness, yoga, healing modalities, relay races, time to swim and relax, and an opportunity to fully immerse yourself in nature with friends and family.

This is going to be an unforgettable adventure, and I can’t wait to share it with you! 🌿✨

I’ve always been immersed in a design or marketing field across a broad range of industries which has given me a unique perspective on the creative process. I founded Solarium Productions in 2008 to research and build a universal community marketing agency that collaborates with small businesses and artists on video, graphics, and web design projects, as well as curate special events, art fairs, and music festivals. The mission now is to help Missouri communities get online correctly and inspire the youth through an art and entrepreneurship accelerator.

As we tune our attention, and intentions, back to the actual communities we live and work in, you may be surprised at how much synergy can be created simply by communicating with the others that share this exclusive hyper-local impact.  Easier said than done, yet look at social media, everyone all around you is communicating non-stop online. We need to shift attention back to where we actually are. This is why building a marketing and events company was the first step.

By building events, brands and experiences that bring people together in a direct physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual way—we can reignite that sense of place, both inside and outside. With how fast the modern world is compartmentalizing everything, it’s important to remember your training. You are human. You are built for this Earth adventure. You are the original machine and are super-natural. You will recharge in nature.

Our goal with Radiant is to remind ourselves of this primal and environmental human coexistence with mother nature. An immersive outdoor adventure in the elements is a real way to reset your power of perspective and discover what you’re looking for. It is within you. I’m stoked to co-create a series of these types of events that inspire and encourage action, physical ability, creativity and teamwork across a range of fun and exciting activities for all ages! This is not a hardcore adventure race, this is an invitation to explore your range of abilities in a series of outdoor challenges and relays meant to accelerate what you think you’re capable of. 

We have an epic lineup of guided gear trainings, team relay races on water and land, demos and workshops in holistic wellness, and a beautiful chill weekend at Lost Hill Lake! And many more suprizes!
