Volunteers:

Are you interested in helping support the vision of Radiant Adventure and Show Me Artists? We would love to hear from you! Trade your time and energy in exchange for the entire weekend for only $50!

Each volunteer is required to show up to one 3 hour shift per day of the event: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. (9 hrs total) Single day shifts may be available – apply online.

We require a deposit of $100 to secure your commitment for the weekend. $50 will be refunded to you within 7 business days after the event concludes.

If you do not attend your assigned shifts there will be no refund. This policy ensures that those who receive a discounted ticket in exchange for work fulfill their commitment or cover the cost of their ticket.

Once you’ve been approved, we’ll send you a link to secure your payment.

Facilitators:

We are so excited to collaborate with some incredible humans to bring this experience to life! We are seeking guides and teachers to share their knowledge and offerings at the retreat.

If you have a workshop or discussion that supports art, creative or personal development, adventure, outdoor recreational activities, earth based skills, holistic wellness, sustainability, or knowledge on Missouri’s ecosystem in some kind, we would love to hear from you!

Facilitator Exchange: $50 nonrefundable ticket gets you access to the entire event + one $50 ticket to bring a friend!

Vendors:

For artists and entrepreneurs vending is included in the ticket price, and optional – but must be approved through this application to vend (either during the artist retreat and/or the public art fair on Sunday) All applications will be considered for current and future events!
